This CD is by far a masterpiece.

I have been a huge fan of Michael McDonald for a long time. I saw him play with the Doobie Brothers several times and was beyond thrilled when his solo career took of the way it did. This CD is all Michael...from the lyrics right down to the soulful beat. He is a genius and a generous man. A must hear CD!

A poor remake of the original London production!

As a great fan of the original London production, I was quite eager to see and hear the Broadway rendition. I was greatly disappointed! By comparison this one is pathetic and lacks the genuine emotion and intellect of the London show. Perhaps if I was not familiar with the original version I might have enjoyed this one.

The best collection there is.

I have this CD and I have to admit it is the best one ever. I love soul music(romantics). I have to say you have to check out this CD and see what is it about. You first have to listen to "I WANT IT THAT WAY". You will love this song like I do.

This group is inspiring!

I am not a 13-year old girl, I am a 34-year old girl, and I find this latest CD from NSYNC positively inspiring! I never paid much attention to them until recently, but saw their excellent concert on HBO and then did some digging online to learn more about them. What they have been through with their lawsuit and standing up for themselves, and in growing up together and yet not getting tired of each other and remaining humble and sweet... I think they're amazing. And they do more with their knees before 10:00 am than most grownups do all day! I really, really love some of the new songs on this album, especially "Just Got Paid" and "Bye, Bye, Bye" and "I Thought She Knew." And I have to say I find JC's efforts at writing very easy to listen to in "Space Cowboy" and "No Strings Attached." I especially love one of their older songs, "I Want You Back." I just cannot get enough of Justin on that track and wish that song were three minutes longer.
I think the negative remarks that fans and members of certain other boy bands and white rappers make are ridiculous - there is plenty of room for everyone to peacefully coexist on the charts and in the minds and hearts of fans... and NSYNC deserves kudos for not retaliating in a juvenile way. Personally, I don't see any boys among them - all I see are young men that are growing up with decency and grace. I admire them. They are all creative in their own right, with projects outside of their NSYNC careers. I think they will be around for a long time and I hope so because I enjoy what they are doing. They are full-blown entertainers, and dedicated to their craft, and having a good time, while applying the discipline and self-restraint necessary to achieve their career goals. That much is OBVIOUS by watching one of their concerts. You don't learn all those dance moves while singing like it's all second-nature without hours upon hours of rehearsal. They are committed to putting on a show that has value for their fans, and their work ethic is second to none.
So if you are looking for an easy to listen to CD with a diverse mix of songs, you should try this one. I think it's great, and I am not a person that listens to whole CD's - usually I just listen to the more popular songs from the radio.
