My Favorite Arkenstone EVER

Truthfully, I never bought this CD. My dad bought it. He listened to it for a while, and I liked it a lot. So, after he had listened to it "enough," I took it. That was quite a few years ago. It's still in my CD player. I let a few of my friends listen to it, and one of them STARTED dancing. It's very infectious. If you like upbeat Celtic music, GET THIS CD!!!!! You will NEVER TAKE IT OUT OF YOUR CD PLAYER, I SWEAR IT!!!!!

Cheesy Italian Lounge Music at its Best!

How can these guys play their horns so well with tongue so firmly implated in cheek? This is the ultimate party album. The music is completely goofy, but irresistable. You can't help but smile and dance. Horns and keyboards are all mixed up in a sound that might best be described as the love-child of Pee-Wee Herman and Robert Goulet. If you steadfastly refuse to take life seriously, this is the album for you.

Eno's masterpiece

Although it was originally written as the background music to an art video of the same name, Thursday Afternoon is the full realization of Eno's concept of what ambient music should be. It's more than just mere background music or aural wallpaper, it's a unique listening experience in itself. You can pay as little attention as you want to it, and just let the disc play in the background, but there is no stopping you if you want to really allow the music create a different world for you. Try it on a rainy thursday afternoon, you will see what I mean. This is the CD I would show people when I try to tell them what Brian Eno's ambient music is all about.
