rod laver, good band...

This is a good cd! I usually don't listen to much rap-core, but they are my favorite rap-core group! And, I saw them in concert, and they have a really good message too.... oh yeah, and my old band played with them one time, it was an honor.... if you like rock or rap in almost any form, you probably won't be disappointed with this cd!

Great Band & Excellant Music

I have seen Fleming & John twice now in Atlanta and will see them again this month. What great talent and performances of their songs. My favorite song is "LOVE SONGS" and the crowds must agree, because they sing along as well. If you haven't heard their music, listen to it.

"Take A Chance With Me"

Or, I should say, take a chance with this CD, even if you are not familiar with Brian Ferry or Roxy Music. The Latin beats, the cool sax, the soaring sythesizers: no one can turn it on like Ferry and the Roxies, and listening to this disc, as with so many of their others, you'll be transported to a dark mysterious night club where the men are always soave and the women are always sexy. I am confounded that the likes of Sting have become so popular while Ferry has had to remain in comparative obscurity. Though he would never admit it, this is the type of album that Sting wishes he could record: as a whole, it is flawless, but if any songs stand out, I would have to say that NYC and the title track are particularly terrific. Mamouna is almost as timelessly perfect as "Avalon." Don't miss it.

Good Collection

When I first heard that Britney Spears was releasing a Greatest Hits, I thought she was crazy. But then I realized -- she's been around for more then 5 years now, and has had 4 full LP's which contain a slew of hits. This album displays her growth as both an artist and as a person in the last few years...and boy has she come a long way! From the sweet "..Baby One More Time" to the ultra sexy "Slave 4 U". The album contains all her hits, well except "From the Bottem of My Broken Heart" and "Don't Let Me Be The Last To Know", but honestly, the album is not missing anything without those tracks.

My Prerogative - I actually really like her version, and the song in general. It has a Bollywood-Bhangra beat which I like. Very reminiscint to her latest full LP, "In the Zone", with Rishi Rich's remix on there and also several other indian inspired tracks. 4/5

(I've Just Began) Having My Fun - Even though this song was super populaire on the downloads, I'm not really feeling it. It's alright. 3/5

Do Somthin' - This is another song I can't figure out why people love so much. Its ok, once again. 3/5

I felt that as far as unreleased material goes, the two tracks that she released with the "In The Zone" DVD were much better. The P.Diddy produced "The Answer" , a good up tempo R&B/Hip Hop track, as well as "Don't Hang Up" which is almost a techno song, but very catchy.
