Title: Musical Celebration at Washing
Label: Capitol
Rating: 5/5
Customer rating - 5 out of 5
A truly essential recording

This is possibly the best album ever recorded by a men and boys choir. Every fan of choral work owes it to themselves to search out and buy a copy of this CD. Every single composition included is unforgettable and moving. Try to find a copy however you can -- you won't regret it. Recorded as a celebration of the completion of Washington National Cathedral in 1991, this CD is an impressive achievement in and of itself. Famous choral works are balanced perfectly with lesser-known, Nathional Cathedral-affiliated composers, all adding up to an enlightening and highly enjoyable listening experience. Be sure to listen to the powerful majesty of the Cathedral's Great Organ, displayed on this recording in all its ground-shaking grandeur.

This CD is wonderful. Filled with spiritual vitality and the love for the Lord. Some may be caught off guard with the change in tempo from song to song, but Rev. John P. Kee does it again with grace. Love it, buy it. This is a wonderful mixture of traditional and contemporary gospel filled with quotes of Bible scriptures is by far one of his best.

Not that good.

Kelly Clarkson never lets me down. She has a powerful voice and control that many performers today lack. Her CD has let the world know she is here to stay. I love the entire album but my favorite songs are Just Missed the Train, Low, Miss Independent, and You Thought Wrong. She has a phenomenal voice live which many performers DO NOT HAVE!!!!

Title: The Art of Tea
Label: Warner Brothers
Artist: Michael Franks
Rating: 5/5
Customer rating - 5 out of 5

I was introduced to Michael Franks over ten years ago. Art of Tea along Sleeping Gypsy are my favorite two CD's. Art of Tea is subtle, lyrical, playful, and sexy, which I don't hear a lot of in today's overproduced and overaggresive pop music scene. My favorite tracks are "Nightmoves," "Eggplant" and of course "Popsicle Toes." If want to introduced someone to Michael Franks, I would suggest this CD.
