Those lovable block rockin' beats...

The English duo has done it again. Exit Planet Dust was a fantastic album and I thought then they wouldn't do anything better. But they did ! Dig Your Own Hole is a techno-monument which you can't stop listening to. It is a must have. You might say you aren't a techno-fan. I guess you'll be after you've had this one.
The album has 3 parts. The first one(track 1-5) is party-techno with the three hits Block Rockin' Beats, Elektrobank and Setting Sun. Prodigy will never come close to this ! The second part(track 6-8) is brutal techno, nonstop moving and exhausting. And then comes the surprise. You get relaxed to track 9,you go to 'alpha' to track 10 and then you'll have a catarctic feeling of track 11.
So buy it and enjoy it. It's worth !!!

His Best Album Since Thriller!

This album has a very vibrant upbeat,hip-hop sound to it.Lets see first there is "Bad" which is song with Michael asking who's Bad in other words meaning you may think you are tough but you're just faking. Then there's "The Way You Make Me Feel" which Michael is trying to tell this hard-to-get-type of girl how he really feels about her.Next comes "Speed Demon" which I'm still starting to understand.Next comes "Liberian Girl".Then the Stevie duet "Just Good Friends",then "Another Part of Me"(my fav),then comes "Man In The Mirror".Next comes "I Just Can't Stop Loving You","Dirty Diana","Smooth Criminal" and "Leave Me Alone".ALL MY FAVES.This album is very explaintory and receptive.I guranteed you will play it a lot.

Title: In The Zone
Label: Jive

It's Britney...

...so you either like her or you don't. I am one of the few people that have always been in between. Some of her songs are fun for a while, but there's only so many times I can listen to those songs. The only thing I love about Britney is the performance she puts on... I recently saw her in concert and it was AWESOME! She's an entertainer first and foremost, and a really fascinating, interesting one at that. She can dance around and she knows how to 'shock and awe.' She's a lot of fun but there isn't really anything very musically redeeming about her songs, so don't take her too seriously. I kind of like "Toxic" and "Shadow" but other than that... it's just Britney.

Title: Vespertine

This album is my bible

The first time I heard Bjork's Vespertine, I had borrowed it from a friend. I didn't exactly think it was genius. I liked Homogenic more. After I gave back the CD, several months elapsed before I heard it again. Even then it took many listens to UNDERSTAND it. The lyrics play such an important role in this release and I think if you just dismiss the words as "those kooky bjork lyrics" the album will not work. This album is not about being in love with something, its about being in love with everything. The climactic moment of the record, to me, is the song Undo, because it is the most poetically blunt. When she sings, "Its not meant to be a struggle uphill," she reveals the whole point of the album: we create our own happiness by simply opening our minds and hearts and letting go.
