and frankly, I like it! This album is beautiful. It captures the essense of the Pumpkins evolution, fronted by Billy Corgan, the god of rock. Magical, musical gems like To Sheila, Tear, Behold! The Nightmare, For Martha, and Blank Page are what make this album this album. It is, as Billy puts it, full of "arcane night music." This is the album you listen to when you're just driving around trying to sort out your life. I for one have listened to this album enough times to know that it will one day be recognized as one of the best albums of the century, not only because it's by the Pumpkins, but because it has the ability to attach itself to the human mind with it's thought-provoking and relative lyrics. I would personally like to thank Billy Corgan, James Iha, and D'arcy Wretzy-Brown for being there for all the people out there who love them no matter what they do with their music. Oh...and thanks for re-hiring Jimmy, too. I saw that one coming. What are the Pumpkins without Jimmy backing them on the drums?

Second Best Album In the World Ever...After 'Light Years'...

'Fever' is an extraordinary mixture of 80's pop, 90's techno and the new century's sound which shows how great Kylie is as an artist and how good her voice actually is....Kylie is the second biggest female artist in the world after Madonna... She is huge everywhere in the world...In the UK she has had 22 top 10 hits... and in Europe she is absoulutely big...In my country Lebanon, 'In your eyes' was her 12th number 1 hit....In the States, she is still known as the one hit wonder from the 80's, but all that is about to change soon with the release of her great funky album 'Fever'...With tracks such as the first hit single 'Can't get you out of my head' or the second hit 'In your eyes' which is in my opinion, the best track on the album, she definitly can't go wrong...Also, other tracks on the album are potential hits, such as 'More More More' which is an up-tempo up-lifting camp song that can make you groove, also 'Love affair' is a beautiful techno feel-good track which is one of the many highlights of the album....'Fever' is a must have...It is just a work of pure music genius....Although 'Light Years' was in my opinion a far better album...especially with hits such as 'Spinning around', 'On a night like this' and 'Your disco needs you'....LOVE IT OR HATE IT...KYLIE RULES THE WORLD....

Very Good CD!!!

I have had this c.d. since around the time it came out, and I have to say that I was very happy with it, ans I still enjoy this c.d. today, here's a lowdown on my opinions of this c.d:
1)What the World Needs Now-The Finalists: This is a good song, it's nice to hear a solo from (almost) everyone, carmen is noticable absent though....2) Superstar-Ruben Studdard: Another great rendition of another great song by THE American Idol: Ruben Studdard. He sings with so much passion, and he has such a smooth voice, it's awesome. I really like this slowed down version of this particular song, but I have to say i dislike the intro, so for that reason I prefer the version on his debut single.3) On the Wings of Love-Clay Aiken: Well, what can you say about Clay? What a terrific singer, I really didn't like him on the show until about the last four/five weeks, then he started to grow on me, and I can't believe i didn't like him! Clay's voice has one of the biggest ranges of the group, and it has so much power and clarity, I cannot wait for his and Ruben's c.d's.4) At Last-Julia DeMato: As much as I detested her on the show, because she never looked comfortable on stage, and sounded like she had severe stage fright, I couldn't hepl but like this track. Her voice is crystal clear, and yet it has power, and just sounds nice! kinda like in the group song on the finale. Anyways, a great surprize, and i'm looking forwards to seeing/hewaring more from her in the future, with the right material, she could do great things.5) Three Times A Lady-Joshua Gracin: I never really got josh on the show, I thought that he only stayed on because he was in the military, and I didn't rdeally like his voice, however, the final week he was on, I liked him a lot more than before, and I alsoi like this song, great job on a great song!6) Let's Stay Together-Trenyce: I liked trenyce on and off throughout the show, sometimes i disliked her constant growling, other times she used it just subtly enough so that it sounded great, anyways, I thought this version of the song was much better than when she sang it on the show, i think it's great!7) Back at One-Ricky Smith: I will start off by saying that this was definately the right song choice for Ricky, and he did a terrific job on this song. I never liked him on the show, because of his high voice, but on this song it translates perfectly.8)Killing Me Softly With His Song-Kimberly Caldwell: I was a big fan of hers on the show, for reason more than just her singing voice (though I DID like her voice) And this song proves that i was right! Great song by a great performer!9) Open Arms-Corey Clark: Another guy with a ridicualously high voice, who just so happened to pick the perfect song to represent their voice on the c.d. Enough said.10) How Do I Live (Without You)-Carmen Rasmusen: I detested Carmen on the show because of her goat-like vibrato, and her inablity to stay on key, however this song is for some reason fun to listen to, even though it is hard to distinguish some of the words she says, i dunno, it has a certain appeal to it...11) Over the Rainbow-Kimberley Locke: Now, she was my favourite on the show right alongside with Ruben. I loved her range, how she was always on key, and never missed a note, and this song is another great version of what i think must be her favourite song, excellent!12) Overjoyed-Charles Grigsby: I wasn't a very big fan of his on the show, but I did think he should've lasted longer than Carmen and Julia, and this song is a testament to that. It's a very well sung version of the song that got him to the final twelve, great job charles!13) Proud To Be An American-The finalists: Yes I am Canadian, however, that doesn't mean that this isn't a great song. I live the arrangement, and the solo's are all terrific, I was happy they included this song on the c.d. for it is great to listen to. Well done Guys.
All in all, i think this c.d. is very good, far better than the first season's c.d. And that fans of the show should definately pick this up! Good job all around.
