Truly gorgeous!

This album instantly became one of my all time favorite Christmas cds! Micheal's talent is beautifully showcased here, both musically and lyrically. My two favorite tracks are Christmastime and Carols Sing. I get goosebumps every time I listen to them. God has truly blessed this man with a wonderful talent. Anyone who finds themself sucked into the commercialized-Christmas-is-for-getting-stuff mindset would be blessed by this cd. Micheal really points the listener in the right direction. Kudos for your passion for Christ, Micheal!

Too many tracks!

Yes, very beautiful music, as we expect from Eno: particularly the first five tracks. But that's just the problem - you can't chop music like this into bite-sized tracks. It ends up sounding like a sort of sampler. Mainly for this reason (though also because I'm not so wild about the rather tongue-in-cheek "space cowboy" tracks that come after Endless Ascent), I personally don't rate this as highly as some of Eno's other works, such as Music for Airports: although in my opinion it certainly could be as good or better, if Eno would only recycle the existing material to create a seamless 70-minute whole.

THE IMMORTAL ZIGGY STARDUST

Bowie should revive this into a musical. The brilliance of Bowie and the boys has never been more evident. Ziggy played guitar and a legend was born. This was the one that launched Bowie into stardom and it's a classic. Get it.
