a new low for commercial music

Calling this a bad cd would be an insult to bad cds everywhere. The complete lack of quality and original ideas is impressive. I did not think that it was possible to produce an entire cd as a showcase to lack of musical talent. The worst part is this cd will sell millions and will be the anthem of brainless morons who have given into mindless corporate music.

New Style, New Theme, New Attitude!

i bought the cd in March 30th and i gotta say this is the bestpop cd i know. yes it's pop but there are so different kindasongs. slow ballads, real pop and some "dirty & raw" pop songs. (edit) if you like nsync this is just a must-have! but i think you guys already have it so..

Hilary is great!

I really like Hilary's album a lot.I'm a 37 year-old musician from holland and I also teach.I know how difficult it is to sing (well) but Hilaryis a natural.I've heard some live tracks on the internet and she is really good. Some songs maybe a little standard, especially the Matrix songsthat sound a lot like Avril, but Hilary's charm wins me over.I've recorded quite a few vocalists myself, and indeed there isa lot you can do in a computer to enhance a voice, as is commonpractice these days, but not when someone can't sing at all.No producer is going to bother.
Indeed H. Duff (Co-)wrote 3 songs on the album, but it's notHilary! It's her sister Hailey!

--- not the best in the genre ---

Portishead might be better if Beth's vocals weren't so irritating. Listening to the shrill vocals on this CD makes you want to reach over to the stereo and throw the CD out of the window.
Massive Attack is infinitely better than their Kmart imitators Portishead.
